Dev's Clinic ("Clinic") provides general healthcare services to the local community subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. By accessing and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this TOS.

The Clinic provides general healthcare services, including but not limited to consultations, medical examinations, and treatments as deemed necessary by our qualified staff.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your health records and any associated passwords or identification. The Clinic is committed to ensuring the confidentiality and security of your personal Information.

Because the Clinic has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that the Clinic is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources.

 

10. Jurisdiction

The TOS and the relationship between you and the Clinic shall be governed by the laws of the State of Karnataka, India without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and the Clinic agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Bengaluru, Karnataka.

 

11. Entire Agreement

The TOS constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Clinic and governs your use of the Clinic's services, superseding any prior agreements between you and the Clinic.
