1. Consultation Fee Refund: Patients who have prepaid for a consultation may cancel their appointment at any time before the scheduled consultation to receive a full refund. We request that you provide us with a notice of cancellation at least 24 hours in advance to help us manage our appointment schedule efficiently.

 

2. Post-Consultation: Once a consultation has been completed, we are unable to offer a refund for the services rendered. Our medical professionals dedicate their time and expertise to ensure your health concerns are addressed during your visit, and the fee for the consultation covers these services.

 

3. Other Services: For additional services received at the clinic, fees are applicable as per the services availed. If you have any questions regarding the fees for specific services, please contact our front desk for detailed information.

 

4. Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please contact our clinic's front desk with your appointment details and the reason for cancellation. Our staff will guide you through the process and ensure that your refund is processed promptly. All Refunds would take 5 - 7 days to reflect in your bank account. We request you to follow up with your bank on Refund Credit. 

 

5. Jurisdiction: The refund policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
